At Somic, we believe in being an integral part of our community. We are humbled and honoured to announce our partnership with Mettle, a remarkable charity dedicated to providing safe work environments, training, scholarships, and crisis funding for survivors of domestic and family violence.

Through this partnership, we have had the privilege of meeting some of the most resilient and inspiring women by providing work experience. Mettle's commitment to creating a safe space for these women to re-enter the workforce aligns perfectly with our values and mission. We are proud to share that we have already welcomed two women as employees into the Somic family and look forward to welcoming more as we continue to grow.
