Rosemary Essential Oil
Our Rosemary essential oil is distilled from the leaves and flowers of Rosmarinus Officinalis grown in Spain. Rosemary oil can be used in a diffuser both for its energising and uplifting effect on the emotions and also to promote healthy respiratory function reducing congestion. It is also believed to have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and skin-rejuvenating properties. Rosemary oil can also help improve sleep and reduce anxiety levels.

We recommend adding between 3 and 10 drops to your diffuser, 3 to 5 drops to your bath, 3 drops to your toilet after flushing or even to drains.
