Ginger Root Essential Oil
Our Ginger essential oil is distilled from the Rhizomes of Zingiber Officinale grown in India. Ginger root oil is steam distilled from freshly harvested ginger rhizomes to give it a sweet, fresh, and spicy aroma. Ginger has been used for generations as a traditional medicine by many civilisations. The crushed root is still used as an addition to herbal teas to assist with digestion. The oil warms then skin making it an excellent addition to massage oil blends when combined with carrier oils such as sweet almond oil.
All Somic Essential Oil Blends are made with 100% organic and botanically derived sustainably sourced essential and absolute oils. The colour of the blends truly reflect nature's colours from the botanically extracted oils.
We recommend adding between 3 and 10 drops to your diffuser, 3 to 5 drops to your bath, 3 drops to your toilet after flushing or even to drains.
